Tar Rizorsi Karta, Limited (hereinafter “TRK” or the “Company”) is wholly owned by International Infrastructure Company, Ltd. a registered Isle of Man company, and managed by qualified industry professionals. TRK develops funding for the deployment of technologies to meet real world requirements for: water, power, shelter, and sustenance in an environmentally compliant manner, on an evergreening humanitarian basis (SIC 70229 and 64303). In this regard TRK coordinates with its affiliates NP IP, Ltd. and TRAWW, Ltd.

 

Toward this objective TRK trades through and with regulated entities in investment grade institutional securities, solely and exclusively for its own account utilizing only its own capital. TRK never trades on behalf of third parties. This process, informed by unrivaled capacity and experience, allows TRK to provide sovereign counterparties with practical goal-oriented solutions. TRK as a counterparty principal, conducts itself relative to each humanitarian project in conformity with our mission statement and unerringly ethical standards.
