
MANAGEMENT
Management responsibility and strategic planning for TRK rests with Judah Pinchas Benay. Mr. Benay’s efforts are guided by the extraordinary cash and treasury management experience represented in TRK’s Board of Directors. Moreover, Mr. Benay is supported by management experienced in all phases of the banking, finance, cash and treasury management. This team represents decades of hands-on experience and relationships in global institutional markets.
THE BOARD
The Board of TRK consists of:
Judah Pinchas Benay, Managing Director, TRK, LTD
Mr. Benay is a mathematician who has employed this capacity in business. Further, Mr. Benay engages as an anonymous, but important charitable actor with a philanthropic background that has involved the giving of his time, expertise, and resources. Mr. Benay currently dedicates the principal portion of his time to identifying and developing technologies related to shelter, sustenance, and the provision of power and water.
VJ Andrew Angelo, Director, TRK, LTD
Mr. Angelo is a senior banking expert with over thirty-five years’ experience in the financial sector. He has worked in New York, Europe, the UK and Asia in a variety of financial product development, technology, investor relations and product structuring roles. Mr. Angelo has also spent time as an FCA Compliance Officer. A senior leader with experience at several multinational investment companies such as the London Derivatives Exchange.
Jean Fahmy, Director, TRK, LTD
Mr. Fahmy is a proven technologist with a strong grasp of business, a strategic thinker, and a results-oriented leader. Serving in the capacities of both Managing Director and TRK’s Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Fahmy leads through creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit developed over a twenty-five year career inspiring and developing teams of all sizes to deliver exceptional results. Mr. Fahmy is tasked with the alignment and communication of the company’s business strategy with the technology, people, programs, products, solutions and services in TRK’s ambit.
Prior to joining TRK, Mr. Fahmy found success as a tech entrepreneur and digital transformation expert leading through creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit, founding, building managing and selling three technology businesses. During the course of his career, Mr. Fahmy has also served as the CTO of an automotive group valued at two billion dollars, the CTO of an international maritime shipping company and as the CTO for a group of over thirty renown consumer brands, building performing teams and transformative products spanned across a variety of industries such as retail, logistics, automotive, media, insurance, education, IT, R&D and non-profits.
Mr. Fahmy’s accomplishments have garnered over a dozen Technology and Entrepreneurship awards. His success in the technology industry has made Mr. Fahmy a valued and frequent speaker at international industry Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship conferences and has been reinforced by his eight-year tenure as a teacher at l’École Polytechnique.

The Executive Board of TRAWW consists of:
Ronald J. Ninowski “Nino”, Executive Non-Voting Director, TRK, LTD – TRK’s Non-Voting Directors are not registered with Companies House and do not vote on corporate matters; TRK’s Non-Voting Directors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Mr. Ninowski has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Euro Equities AG, an investment banking firm, registered CH-036-30-44833-0 in the Canton of Neuchatel, Switzerland. Further, Mr. Ninowski has served as an accredited business partner of the Siam Group of Companies which has a longstanding relationship with the Rothschild Foundation Group. He is uniquely qualified in the management of assets for sovereign governments; specifically related to financial assistance for humanitarian aid, infrastructure development, redevelopment and economic based projects that provide employment and training.
Mr. Ninowski attended Michigan State University with concentrated studies in Economics and Finance. Mr. Ninowski has an extensive investment banking background with an expertise in the identification and negotiation of funding opportunities including, but not limited to debt placements, corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions and monetization of advanced technology.
Mr. Ninowski is experienced in providing assistance in all phases of institutional investment and has represented clients in providing financial consultation and expert testimony for financial institutions related to valuation and debt restructuring. Mr. Ninowski has further functioned as a court appointed Chief Financial Officer in restructuring situations.
Mr. Ninowski is considered an expert financial architect for the creation of exit strategies for strategic technology research and development projects that are in the interest of national security. Mr. Ninowski has been involved with the creation of structures for the funding of companies to such ends, including those requiring registration pursuant to the United States securities laws governing Initial Public Offerings, Reg. D and Reg. A Offerings; Bond Underwriting; and Credit & Insurance Enhancements facilities with the United States Securities & Exchange Commission.
Dr. Stuart Hamon, LLD, ACIB, Non-Voting Director, TRK, LTD – TRK’s Non-Voting Directors are not registered with Companies House and do not vote on corporate matters; TRK’s Non-Voting Directors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Mr. Hamon is an accomplished lawyer in both the United Kingdom and United States. Further, he is a member of the American Bar Association and holds a Ph.D. in International Law. Still further, he is a qualified private banker with over 30 years of experience in financial and legal banking consultation. Concurrently, Mr. Hamon has worked closely with sovereigns, private, corporate and institutional clients as an experienced advisor. Mr. Hamon has extensive background in international capital structures, investment funds, structured finance, private equity, trust and foundation establishment, IP registration, global property markets, cross border transactions and commodity trading.
Mr. Hamon has direct experience as a principal in the operations of businesses including trading company operations; flowing from successful businesses ventures including a Management Consultancy headquartered in the U.A.E. and a Financial & Fiduciary services provider headquartered in Switzerland. Additionally, Mr. Hamon has been engaged as Managing Director of several international fiduciary and trading concerns.
